We will diagnose and fix your software related issues the same day. Drop it off broken and pick it up fixed, same day!!!

Otherwise, We welcome you to drop off your computer at our service center located at 630 Forest Ave. Portland, ME anytime between 8am -6pm Mon – Fri, 10am – 2pm Sat. The Necessary Technology team looks forward to solving your computer problems quickly and affordably.

To safely transport your computer
• Shut your computer off, through the shutdown menu
• Unplug from the power outlet
• Unplug the computer from all connected components such
as printer and monitor.
• Only bring in the computer, we do not need the cables.
